Project Overview
Presentation website for a company that offers IT&C services, but based more toward communication. It was the main ISP in my home town. They needed online presence as fast as possible without to many requests for UI/UX.
The Challenge
To finnish like the client requestet as soon as possible in quite hard communication moments. I had to work some extra hours to compensate for the delayed informations received about the company.
The Approach & Solution
I always try to keep communication over email but in this case we had to do it over the phone. The client was most of the time in his car driving to and from his customers. Waiting for a reply to my emails could take one day so we went with phone calls. Not the best option when you do not know the client activities or technologies
They were a Internet Service Provider company with over 2000 clients, so the need for a customer portal with online payment and billing history was debated.
The Results
The client accepted the final product with the mention that we will continue to improve the website with login section and online payment for his clients.
